What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of making it, you will receive a full refund of your payment. If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival, you can receive a refund of 50% of your payment. However, if you cancel your booking less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, no refund will be issued.
Please note that if you cancel your booking after the initial 48-hour window, there will be a cancellation fee of $100, regardless of how far in advance you are canceling.
Please note that we are not a hotel chain, but a small family-owned glamping business. Our calendar is blocked for X amount of time, which means that no one else can book those nights. As such, we cannot accept cancellations due to weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation or extreme weather conditions.
Do you allow pets?
We allow up to two dogs in select accommodations: Oyster Haus, Cabin 7, Cabin 8, and our raised platforms 5A-5D. We require a waiver and fee.
Can I have a service animal?
Yes. Please let us know ahead of time.
Do we have to sign waivers?

Do you allow smoking?
We only allow smoking at our raised platforms. Cigarette butts must be pick up and thrown away and only smoking at your camp site allowed. There is no ssmoking or vaping in any other area.
Do you have a washer and dryer?
We have a washer and dryer on the property for community use.
